Why dosent paycom answer emails?
3 emails sent in the last 72 hours and no reply.

It took me exactly 1 MONTH to get a reply. And yeah I called them 2 times to ask why she haven't responded yet (about 7 and 20 days after I sent my mail). I asked if I could speak to her and they told me she just do mail...wtf! :mad: :mad: :mad:

I always get an answer from support, even if they don't know what they are talking about. :)
On a side note, the auto responder is total BS, 100% and total fucking crap. Once I confirm my e-mail address ONCE it should NEVER ask me to confirm again. But it does, every single e-mail, even a reply, it makes you re-confirm. So now, I just call them rather than always trying to remember to hit the auto responder. |

And writing on GFY is the best way to have customer service from companies like the one you are working for. I don't know what we would do if we coudn't say out loud on public places that your customer service is shitty. we would then be assured to be left on our own. |
