What is a good progam to do bulk picture resizing?
 

With out losing much of the quality.

Ive been using EyeBatch2 alot lately

adobe PS create an action and use batch processing

i use thumbsplus

Yes Fireworks is by far the best program I've found for this. Amazing amount of compression and clarity when batch resizing, with almost 0 loss in quality.
