Whats the industry standard per hour for REAL AMATUER teen models?

Or do most of you do it per session or per shoot?

Im always un-prepared & i have shoots lined up for 4 days from now..what should i be payin these chix?

Well first of all if you advertise.. Looking for Ho's for photo shoots you are most likely not going to get many applications. Unless you want to make a full site around Toothless Betty the Local Crack Head.

In my opinion to get actually decent looking models you should start with some manners and respect that makes them comfortable. I doubt calling the Ho's will accomplish this.

Yea and you'll get no self shot content by refering to your potential models as Ho's. I dare you, if you ever even get a model to stop by for an interview, to tell her you just want to shoot nasty pictures of Ho's. HAHA

For recruitment lessons perhaps you should talk to AaronM and Unseen.. Keep in mind these as you call it Ho's are what makes us $$..
So what does that make you?

Oh and I agree with Snow depending on the area about $100-200 an hour for a trial shoot.

more like $50 an hour... depends on how amatuer... i mean a day shoot can cost around $500 per girl and $250 per guy

i like to use a $50 hour figure but aim for a 3 hour shoot.. i don't know.. if you want to get em to do DVDA then sure pay em one fiddy.. but seriously you'll do ok around the 50 dollar mark as a base.. (im doubling for aussie dollars.. you may find im talking $60 put it this way for the american market, i saw the annabel chong story last week and she was screaming in the phone for $900 for a shoot.. and this was a 'star')

I was simply stating that if you are looking to shoot your own content as you requested that perhaps using the term "ho" is not the best idea when looking for models.

Email Asia, Jenna, or Tera and say, "Hey i'm looking for a Ho to shoot content of how much do you want per hour." See if you get an email back. HAHA I doubt it.

Just because this is the adult industry does not mean you can refer to everyone that is in this business as Ho's , Pimps, and Sluts or what not.

I did attend the last seminar of the convention which featured two photographers who looked like they knew what they were doing to me and one stated the figure of $400 for a six hour shoot.

He also mentioned it varied area to area and gave:

as a good place to find models. He also mentioned some models that are starting out would be willing to do it for samples for their portfolio - which would be much easier I suppose if you are using film versus digital.

We pay up to 300.00 per hour for photo shoots.

we pay the girls different prices depending on what they are doing. hardcore is more expensive than softcore. anal is more expensive than a basic st8, etc...

I pay women 500 an hour, but the shoot usually involves taking it up the ass from a horse and going down on a goat, so you gotta pay more.

Out shoots are less than an hour long too. It keeps the girls coming back if we pay them well and keep the shoots short and sweet.

Ok i think im going with the following guidelines based on yall'z postz.

(1) Decent looking girls...1 hours...100$

(2) Hot girls...400$ for 5 hours.

We have so many lined up i think we can afford to go low on prices, but we'll see in a week when we start shooting.

50-100$ an hr is pretty standard, there is no need to be payin more then this. Again if you are doing freeky shit u mihgt wanna pay mor, but 300$ an hr ain't helpin no one by the few models that get it

This thread is pretty funny. onemodelplace.com is a good place to find models, if you do not mind waiting 5 minutes for each page to load over a DSL connection. Let's break down the pricing...

Canada: $30 to $50 per hour and anything goes
Portland, OR: $50 per hour photo $50 per 1/2 hour of video
Las Vegas, NV: $50 to $100 per hour depending on how hard core
Los Angeles: $100.00 an hour plus you get to deal with a lot of snotty attitudes. Hard core is usually included.

In most cases I shoot for 3 hours. Bottom line is that if you are shooting amateurs, they will do it for the $50 per hour and so will the pro's if they want/need the money. Right now Vegas is suffering so the girls are more willing. The only reason the rates are higher in Vegas and LA is because the girls have already worked with other photographers who have payed them more. When this is the case then you are not shooting the true amateurs anyway.
