I need to hire a toon designer to build a banner. No more bullshit designers.
 

I hired a guy last month (30 days ago) to build me a banner. He wanted $300.00 up front and he said I'd have it in 7 to 10 days.

Well, it's 30 days later and all I have are excuses, my site is past the launch date and basically I have given him a 30 day interest free loan for $300 (which I still don't have my money back).

I want a toon designer who can do my project and complete it in time, without bullshit or excuses. I'm already mad enough that my site is past launch + now I have to start waiting all over again. I need the banner complete before I can even begin to build the site skin.

Ideas on who can do the work without more bullshit?

I am saying the same thing!! I would love to get paid 300 for a banner. 7 to 10 days for 1 banner. whaaaa I would have that shit done in 2 seconds.. unless it was flash then I could see a day or so..
