Is this registar correct?
 

I am having issue with my registar. They were supposed to automatically renew my domains, but they didn't. Now they say since it is late, it will cost $150 per domain to renew them.

There reasoning is because Icann charges $125 per domain once expired. The domains haven't been released to the public yet.

Icann doesn't charge anything extra after expiration date, do they?

That sounds like bullshit. I've renewed domain names in the grace period and it's never been at any additional cost.
