Maybe nobody is taking your bet because Liverpool is an underdog and youre not offering any odds.

based on the 1st game they arent an underdog anymore, anyway, i will try again next time in a few weeks at the final

based on widely accepted gambling odds they ARE the underdog...and even a BIGGER underdog under your conditions, because even if they tie 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, etc, Chelsea still go through, based on away goals (of which Liverpool have none).
