Well, the honest answer is "NATS give us an 'upload banner' option where we upload the banner and the software makes you download it" but we're supposed to be all diplomatic about it and say "we currently don't have that as an option but will consider it in the future."

Oh, and for the GFY answer: "If you can't afford the money to spend on the bandwidth that a banner will run you, or you are too lazy to do anything more than copy and paste, then you really are in the wrong industry."
