fuck, im gonna start withdrawing my money just to be safe. Im sick of these "internet merchants" and all their problems. Its so hard to trust or feel secure with any of them.

Exactly. I never keep a lot of money in internet accounts either.

epassporte is the only place that ever declined my cc when trying to fund my account. ONLY PLACE EVER!

It's a Visa, go figure.

Epassporte is solid and only growing. I trust them more than anyone and I have no problem with leaving cash in my account.
