Web community software
 

Anybody have extremely easy to use, out of the box ready, web community (chat, forums, blog, page templates, etc.) software for sale? I'd like it to be PHP powered and as up to date as possible.

I want to launch a site that needs to have a community feel and functionality, but I know next to nothing about doing this stuff myself and am wondering whether the geeks have taken mercy on those of us who are technically impaired yet and just put it all in a "push this button" format.
