site design for a forum, so it does not look like some out of the box phpbb or vbuliten theme. Kinda like what they do here at GFY when the change the look of the forums to match a sponsor

if you're looking for phpbb skins, did you check out phpbbhacks.com - they have a shitload of skins, and some really nice scripting to let you easily navigate and preview all the skins
