What to do when a Sponsor won't reply to email and they owe money?
I'm having a problem getting a reply from the 'good' folks over at Gigacash. Seems they owe me for a sale (ONE sale, I mean c'mon guys) and when I try to email them asking about it, they completely ignore it.
I know I am sending to valid email addresses and I know I'm not being filtered out as spam on their end because I've sent one original email and gotten one reply to my original question which I forgot to add my acct number to it, I was sent an email back asking for the acct #. I sent it back and have never gotten a reply since. I have sent about 4-5 seperate emails over a period of about a solid month or slightly more, to 2 different working email addresses, from 2 seperate email address to be sure one of them wasn't being filtered out accidently. The emails I'm sending are not threatening, or harrassing in nature, just professional and asking what is going on. It now looks like they are simply trying to not pay up for a sale they owe me. At a bare minimum they could email me back with some explanation of what is going on, but I get nothing but silence. There was a article in the latest XBiz magazine that had a quote along the lines of 'it's a sad fact but in this business people expect that not getting paid comes with the territory, and it's wrong.' I agree and when I'm owed money, even if it's a small amount, it should be paid or explained why it's not being paid at least. I'm wondering what you all would do to get paid or an answer. I'd hate to have to report them to the Better Business Bereau. |
we here at TopBucks have a minimum payout, that might be it, but have you tried the support email address instead of your account manager

Thanks for the reply.
I have used [email protected] which is listed on their contacts page on the website, and is the first email I used to start everything off and got a reply. I have also used [email protected] which is Chris Nyiradi's email address. I got that address from him sending me an email asking for my accoutn number after I sent the first email to the accounting address. I have sent about 3 or 4 to Chris unanswered and my last one, to the accounting address again. None answered. Again, none of them rude, just wanting to know what is going on. Looking now at the details I can see that the minimum payout is $50, so I wouldn't be getting a check. But the real problem is that the sale is not being shown as a money amount anywhere in the stats. There is one area that says I made a sale on a certain date but has no money amount next to it. When asked about this in a email before this all began, I was told a webmaster signup will show as a sale with no money. But at the bottom of the stats page is an area that shows how many webmasters you have signed up under you, and it shows me no webmasters. I also have never put any links up promoting other webmasters to signup under me. Understandably, there may be some popups or something from gigacash that promote it, but it should show under the referred webmasters if I have 1. btw. i'm a loooooongtime affiliate of Topbucks. Always have loved you guys as a sponsor. ;) |
if they have telephone number, try to call them DrCocker...maybe they will respond.

Or try to contact them on icq if they have that
