batch resizing images with at least X,Y size only

Hi,

I'm looking for a program that resizes pics in batch but only pics that have a min. resolution of X,Y !? lets say i have a dir with pics of different resolutions e.g. 400x240, 800x600, 1024x768 etc. it only resizes pics that are > 750x600

Thumbs+ rocks for this, you can do tons of stuff in batch, resizing, stamping pics etc etc, a REAL timesaver!
