there was a video of him posted on gfy a little while ago, I think it was a tourney after this one, he was a year older or so, was ranked #1... and he did the same routine only better, if you can believe it can be done better than that.

He's good - really good - in katas.

Being good in katas doesn't make you a good fighter.
Doing a kata and dancing ballet is the same.

Can he kick someone ? does he have timing enough ? Can he avoid an attack ? His he brilliant enough to fool his partnere with good fake attacks ?

Beleive me, being good in katas doesn't mean a shit when it comes to real fighthing.
