People have their own opinions on best submitters, I'd go with russian submitter which everyone has used one time or another.
As for best creator hit me up and I'll refer you to some guys that can help you out.

Advanced submitter is no slouch.

Great, ty Rinaldo and jollyperv, ill check both out. and Rinaldo, i appreciate the offer but I want to learn and practice making them my self. Im sure they wont nearly touch the skills of those out there but you gotta start somewhere.

More power to you. I started much the same way. Note though that when I started people wouldn't just give me advice on a public thread, it's better to contact people On ICQ and make friends then ask them for advice
