Same here... I changed our cascade to ccbill first as I can't hit epoch stats and some joins are hanging here too.

I tried hitting a few paysite join pages and they all came up, wasn't even slow. Odd...

It's the same type of routing issue they had last week it looks like.. Since it works for some here and not for others. Just my guess though.
