parmigiano reggiano and just grated it over a steaming bowl of pasta.
aged 3 and 1/2 years, and practically effervesces in your mouth. any cheese connoisseurs here? and I ain't talking about kraft singles folks. |
I hope it's good pasta, I'd rather eat that stuff plain.

Have you ever had luxembourg? mmmmmmm :xomunch |
Cambazola is probably my favorite cheese - triple cream German blue cheese. :thumbsup

I am a quality cheese addict. Have not paid no 40.00 on a wedge of parmigiano reggiano, most often I can get it for much less in the same age range.
I am a big time blue and gorgonzola cheese eater. Quality cheddar is also pretty damn tasty. When the summer gets here I will eat more brie since fruits will be in season. |

If you got a Costco up where you live (although I think FredyMyers controls your market) Kirkland Signature puts out one of the creamiest mild cheddars. Good stuff. |

There also is this lady who sells at the farmers market who makes buffalo mozzarella fresh each day. A few balls of that and some summer tomatoes with some basil, and basalmic and its oral orgasm time. (yes I skip the olive oil on purpose). |
Cheese is the greatest food ever!! :thumbsup <3 all types of it
