Do you guys use any kind of site monitoring service to make sure your sites are up?

There's a big free one that I used a few years ago that seemed cool, but I haven't even bothered looking into it any further until now.

There seems to be a bunch out there now.

Does Choker still offer site monitoring? I remember something about him announcing it a few months ago.

I host most of my stuff at WebAir, but I also have sites on other servers elsewhere. I'd rather know for sure, than not know.
