I think your are right but in my case $$ plus $ (no hardcore here). It is very easy: see a pretty girl working at a low paying job and ask her if she wants to make the same amount of money that she makes in a week in a day. If she says no, say okay and give her your business card and tell her if she has other friends that are as pretty as her tell them to call and mention your name so you can give you a referral fee.

Just make a real strong stance that you are a business with bussiness hours: 9-6. Or you will get a lot of calls late at night with girls that are drunk looking for easy money and not worth your while considering the lawsuits that maybe involved.

Don't fawn all over them like a gushing schoolboy too, especially if you are fucking her.

Keep it 100% business. No kissing, hand holding, affection, loving compliments, etc. Just biz. Write the check, handshake goodbye.

Hire 4 friends for $50/person/day to follow you around and make you look like you're an extremely important producer, with millions at his fingrtips, whose instructions are to be followed to the letter. Works like a charm.

Putting an ad in the paper is the best way to get talent, walking up to girls on the street works for a few. but what would you think if someone walked up to you on the street and promised you $1,000 a day for posing nude?

If I were a girl between the ages of 18 and 23, whose brightest professional prospect was working at Dairy Queen for $6.50/hour, I'd think it was the luckiest day of my life.
