quick question.. how long until after domain expires??

How long until after a domain expires does it become available??

Im looking at this domain that expired in march and it is still on Regstrar-Hold
and the ICANN registrar is TUCOWS.. When will this domain be available for me to reg it(assuming they dont renew)

60-90 days i think

ive been waiting on a certain domain to drop since 2/14

its FINALLY fucking going to drop in a few days!
