Charges would be put on customer's bills directly.
Unfortunetly, You cannot buy this kind of billing service. Only cellular companies can provide them -- and they're very picky as to who they'll help out.. As of this point in time, unless you know somebody working with their next generation gateways -- the actual chances of you being able to charge someone instantly VIA WAP is pretty much zero.

2.) you have no money
4.) you have a job but you just said you don't have enough money to pay your rent because you like to go clubbing...

I hear you totally man. I do like clubbing, but that's not the problem. Pretty much I got everything set from my side -- all I need is people to help with funding for marketing.

And the chances of a US mobile carrier allowing you to bill for porn anytime soon is less than that.....Based on what I have been told by the owner of a rather large and growing mobile company.

That's why this is a rare opportunity and a very profitable one at that.

if you only need money for the marketting then go make the program and get it operational... and then once everything is operation... then go show investors...

fuck man... you don't even have a business plan... you don't even have a beta version of it.. you don't have anything.. you have an IDEA in your head.... get something to fucking show potential investors.... you say you need money for marketting only, then go finish as much as you can that you can do yourself.. till the point of you needing money... and like you said.... the only funding you need is for marketting.... so then you have enough to do it all yourself.... then start working on it... its COMMON SENSE!

The thing is though, I am a shitty web-designer and I don't have NATS.
This will be a lot more work (but at the same time a lot more people still need to upgrade to 3G devices).. So I guess the time-line will work with me, I hope.

They have thousands of employees. They care about profit. It's not a career I plan on living out for the rest of my life. I got plans, and I need to put them to work before it's too late.

i started work on another project.. pplus problems with complaints regarding "joke" style premium sms -- the last thing most companies want is another service especially of this nature that is high risk

ps. 3g PCF Reactivations was around 3000 for det1 (NC-Detroit_Toledo-Detroit1). For the same switch, the TLDN Usage Ratio was 2.3% and the paging success was only around 93%.. useless details. also, what was that perl database module called -- i dunno wasnt a programmer for them, i think it was jrdb or something like that. anyways, did you guys get your new paging system off the ground yet (via the spectrum - for paging dept to dept type thing)?
