Affiliates evading taxes?
 

Does anyone have a problem with affiliates and tax evasion? It seams so many put fake ssn's, and even fake names/addresses when they get paid by paypal.

Does anyone know the % you are supposed to hold back if you don't have a SSN?

I'd only evade taxes when I would get paid cash or would be wired to an offshore account
thereis no way a person can be so stupid to have a us-based company pay him thousands of dollars to a paypal account.
paypal is like any other bank account and pretty much means - you're being watched

There's lots of people who think that if they get paid by paypal it won't get reported. They seam to think paypal doesn't send in paperwork on what and who they paid out to.

And yeah you gotta be stupid to do that

i remember an old thread here where 40% of GFY'ers claimed they don't pay taxes at all from their money made in adult.
and that was like in 2003, now there are even more 'seasonal webmasters' here, so i expect that most ppl here don't pay taxes nowadays :error
