Just interesting in what you guys think. I have been sending it good traffic but only 1 sale. Any thoughts about how to improve would be appreciated. I have been in the business for quite some time and I think maybe I am becoming stale and am willing to admit it.

I never use banners on galleries.. at least not for the primary sponsor .. lots of surfers sees "don't click" when they see anything in 468x60 pixels

I don't like the ads very much, doesn't seem to make the surfer want to buy anything or explain to them why they should join the sponsor. Also the text link is white and blends in with the text, I would make it yellow or red so it can pop against the black background. Try and surf tgp's and look at other people's galleries and study the ones that you think that have good marketing that would make you sign up.

Sometimes I like to look at ads in magazines. Just notice how they format the ads, use different colors and fonts to make certain words stick out, how they use spacing so everything is not a big blob, how they use headlines to capture your attention. All that can be applied to a gallery.

I would make the link text more personalized. Since there is only one tranny pictured, you should write "Click here to see THIS TRANNY" instead of "THESE TRANNIES." You could go even further and say "this uncut latina tranny" to make it clear that you'll see that particular person when clicking the link.

It is the simple ones that get listed more often. Add some more text, and submit to the HUN!

It has been listed on a few large tgps and so far just one sale. Had many many hits to the sponsor yesterday but did not get any sales from that listing.

I am thinking I am going to have to upsell just a little more on the gallery since I see so many going to the sponsor page but not many sales. I do not want to make changes to this gallery since it is already listed but I will surely take note of all the suggestions and use them for the next run.

So basically what I got was no banners, more text, change color of sponsor link to make it stand out more, those stick out from what I read. These trannies does sound silly also, should have put this tranny since it is just one um boy/girl.

I like the traffic I am getting I just have to get things to convert the hits that are going to the sponsor better. Hopefully a few of these changes help. Thanks again.
