Its unfortunate that man is a carnivore. But that is how it is. Most people have deep respect for animals as they are an important part of the process that keeps us alive. Many people however have no respect for animals and could care less how they are treated in the process of being raised, butchered and sent to our dinner tables.
There are more vegetarians than ever. So at least the trend is going that direction. There are a ton of organizations that go after the abusive packing plants to expose how the animals are mistreated.
Sadly with 6 billion people to feed every day, hundreds of millions of animals are slaughtered every day. The least we can do is make the process and pain free as possible and give them some kind of dignity while being raised, instead of being crammed in pens and cages, driven or shipped with no food and water, and butchered as humanely as possible.
After you watch a lot of these videos you end up hating people for the lack of sensitivity and compassion that exists in this world. I know when I'm in the supermarket and you see the people looking at the nicely wrapped meat selections, I wish they could see how that meat got there.

Now please do stop eating all forms of meat and dairy, do not stop there though. Cease using anything animal related, from medicines to clothing. Then when your done with that also please release all of your pets back into the wild. I have been buying meat from farms that have caged free chicken and free range cows... I think that there need to be some sort of laws on the way they kill these anilmale and also raise them.... Shit did you know that some of the animals have cancer and infection..... and is still rated USDA Prime what the fuck is up with that....Comment

Actually, cannibalism itself is fine. The only disease comes from eating a human brain. This is what has happened to the cattle industry with Mad Cow disease. They'd grind up animal remains (brain included) and mix it into the cattle feed. The livestock which ate it developed Mad Cow disease (which ironically "eats" away at their brains).
