    Outsourcing and Hiring Contractors

    For those of you who outsource or hire a contractor full-time (8 hours a day). How long do you give them to develop a paysite for you? Not the members area, just a splash page, tour pages, and join page?

      Well design is a tricky thing if you put a deadline on a designer you hinder creativity.

      Then again you can't have a designer wasting time and taking to long with a project either.

      I usually check the progress at different times to make sure things are happening and guage it from there.
