Can someone explain something to me - "How do I shot web"
 

okay.. so, i was reading around online, and all of a sudden this phrase popped into my head.. "How do I shot web?@#$%T" it sounded familiar, but I couldn't quite put my finger on what it meant. I was probably high one night whenever I came across whatever it is that question means, I mustve laughed and the phrase stuck with me, but due to the fact I smoke about 17lbs a night, I can't remember what the shit it means.

After doing a search on google, I found tons of results of people quoting this, talking about it, etc.. but I can't find a damn explanation.
