Tech guys...HELP!!!!

I got a shitty problem on one of my computers and im not that tech savvy to figure it out...
the computer shuts down from time to time and when i turn it on again i get an error that says "CPU over voltage error"
this just started happening like 2 weeks ago and cant figure out what it is...the problem seems to be getting worse by the day since it happens more often now...
any help will be greatly appreciated

*edit* i also get the options to run the setup or load default settings along with the error

i've never heard of an over voltage error. on of my boxes kept randomly shutting down a while back, turns out there so much dust on the inside it had clogged and blown the cooling fan. seriously maybe just try cleaning it? sometimes dust does weird things to computers.

As said above, check the back vents for dust. Then take the cover off and look at the PCU fan. Is it clogged? Is it even moving? If it's dead you can run the PC with the cover off until you can replace it.
