Does anyone use this host? If there is, what do you think of them?

webair wil beat any deal on this board thats a fact.

if you go with ev1 you are the support, admin and all else. they give you server and bandwidth, the rest is up to you.
if you can admin a server then it is a good deal otherwise stay away. alink to thier user forum so you can see what you will be facing

ev1servers is nothing but nitemares. i once had a problem with ensim they told me to upgrade my kernel. fucking idiots.

half the time they dont know what they are doing.

i stayed there for a month.

every time i submtted a ticket half the time they completed it.

big trouble.

tip of advice. never go with a mainstream host. they will fuck you over.

yeah EV1 sucks ass for servers.

I have been using them for over three years now.
I have nothing negative to add in this thread about ev1servers.net.

they are the worst of the worst, but hey some ppl think theyre super, even though the last servermove lasted 6 fucking hours and another 2 hrs downtime the next day oh and I icqd support to ask what was wrong since sites we push were down (not ours we host at m3 and oxeo) and this guy told me to fuck off

Webair fucking sucks ass dont use that crap their control panel sucks and their support sucks.

We once had three weeks of downtime with them and had a script that emailed an outage notification to them every five minutes for those three weeks. They are the worst host we ever went with.

So in summation, host there and I will get all your traffic.

I have 2 servers there, and it's the only host I never had problems with. And the cheapest too.
