the following type of people should never be put into a pissed off situation:

a customer service rep
and those you owe large sums of money to!

Doesn't take a genius to figure out where the money went.

I am surprised that this type of action did not come sooner.

I thought all it took was a minimum of 3 parties to present their case to judge in order to proceed with a forced bankruptcy case.

sorry to everybody who got fucked :( i was lucky to get all money owed by Ibill (i was with Ibill EU, got paid through interca)

I was told that if you didn't agree to the terms in the merchantinfo area by the 14th of april, then you wouldn't get anything from First Data or iBill... you would be taking your chances to get paid in full sometime this year.. not sure how all of this works.. but like I am going to see the 'notes' over the next two years.. yeah right!

Me either. You aren't the only one. Please let me know if you find anything out on how to contact First Date in regard to this. Isn't the money from September coming directly from First Data?

If they are forced into bankruptcy I believe that everyone who was paid will need to give that money back so it can be divided up evenly amongst all who are owed.
