Search & Seizure of business records (and of the equipment that houses them) can be profoundly disruptive to even the most basic brick-and-mortar enterprise. But, when it is also your salable assets (image files, video files, etc.) that get carted out the door (for law enforcement agents being unconcerned with any distinctions you may wish to make between this server and that server), it means your entire business may grind to a cold stop . YARGH! Great information. I have a number of portable firewire drives with all of my important business stuff on them. They are kept safely offsite :) It's a good idea for anyone in business, especially this buisness.
