How often does your stats remote TADA, but there is no sale?
 

Happens quite a bit to me, maybe a few times a week. Seems like they would have fixed this bug by now...or maybe the sale is getting shaved right out from under me.

Happened today as a matter of fact. Happens from time to time.. Wonder what that is?

This happens once in a while because the sponsor has temporary database problems or because the stats page is not fully loaded (slow stats server or connection problems) while StatsRemote is checking the stats. Usually when the software reads the stats the next time it gets the correct numbers again, so you might hear a sound eventhough you don't have any actual new sales.

i love it when it shows sale revenue, but there are is still 0 sales in the sale column..LOL..but when I go to the sponsor, there is sale there...

I hate when the day is different (timezone issue) at the sponsor end and you hear the sales for tomorow.. There needs to be a tomorow tab. Especially for those of us with 6 hour timezone issues.. ;)

Actually your own timezone doesn't matter if your computer has the correct system time/date and matches your time zone. The problem is that sponsors use different timezones. The default timezone of StatsRemote is PST, i.e. the day change in StatsRemote happens at midnight PST. If a sponsor uses EST and you get sales between midnight EST and midnight PST they don't show up in the today tab but they do show up in the other tabs, e.g. this week and this month.
