Chio is a new guy for more of the followers to follow, it doesnt matter who the fuck it is, once someone guides the pack of sheep they all follow along.

Nah, I doubt it, Chio makes some fairly technical well informed posts every once in a while, plus he is good with photoshop. Even though he jokes around a lot, I can tell he is a real webmaster.
