Ok i had decided to exit this business but since i'm still recieveing cheques and my friends wanted to join me in this business i've decided to restart.

At this moment i'm starting again and i've created some sort of standard disclaimer (ok most of you might think that a disclaimer is one of of the least inportant things in this business but i don't want to be sued :-)

I would like to ask you people to check out my disclaimer and if you think it's not good (for any reason) please let me know.

ok I have to agree that english is not my native language.....

I'm located in the Netherlands and I totally agree with the local laws but I want to prevent ourselves against foreign laws.

I'm living in a small country and I just want to protect myself...

Spam is is onsolicitised adversisements. If someone asks you for info you should give it especially if you can make money of it :-)
