What do you do when you get these kind of threats?

It's getting more and more common to hear this nowadays. Someone wants something done you tell them you can schedule it in and the next thing in your ICQ oe email is "look mother fucker I want it done now or I'm taking you to the boards."

I get people messaging constantly to the point sometimes I have to go work at a different computer. These people get outraged when I tell them sure I'll sit and chat but my hourly fee is $xx.xx

How do you handle someone when they threaten to take you to the boards?

I read the boards almost everyday. No I don't post alot and I don't post at all on some of them I read. But it seems people want things their own way and will force others to do things they cannot do or shouldn't do with a threat of the boards.

I read to many posts that could have been handled off the boards get taken to the boards quickly and try to smear names of people that do everything they can for their customers.

heh you should see the threats i get on icq :) its funny. people take this board way too seriously :) its just text. people need to relax.

Sometimes words like "please" should really be in a persons vernacular. Anyone here who is worth their salt I beleive is and should be very busy.

Busy people are in high demand. I can't think of a time I ever threatened to put someone on "the boards". I've got better things to do. :2 cents:

And thats why you amongst others survive and grow because you not only deserve respect you give it also.
