Some vote for the campy satisfaction of putting the geekiest guy in school on homecoming court. Or, it's a chance to beat the system: Votefortheworst.com encourages people to keep the show interesting by holding onto the least qualified contestant. This season, they've endorsed Savol.

"It's not because we hate Scott. Obviously we enjoy the show or we wouldn't watch it," says Dave Della Terza, 22, who runs the Web site. "Since you can't vote against someone, we're not negating votes. It's no less legitimate than voting for your favorite person. It's just fun."

The only "decent" singer on that show (in my opinion) is Bo Bice.

and voting for the worst would explain how that kid with the hole in the neck is still around.

Bo Bice would be my personal choice too, not that it matters because I don't vote.

Although I'll probably vote a few times for Scott next week for good measure. I'd like to see American Idol sign a dud to their record label.

I don't watch the show, but my friend was in tears when she told me he was bounced.

Personally, the show never interested me, but now I am tempted to watch, and vote for the worst. That is incredibly amusing to me.

He is now that they got rid of Constantine..I thought it would come down between the 2 rockers in the final..but I was stunned this evening.

Never even seen Paula so emotional as she was tonite..and she's had some emotional roller coasters over the years.

Yeah I have a new found interest in the show now that I plan on voting for the worst contestant, Scott Savol. I should buy some shit traffic to send to VoteForTheWorst.com.


I think the rocker votes get split between the two of them. Now that Constantine is gone I'm sure Bo Bice will get the bulk of Constantine's fan votes.

It looks as though a second "American Idol" finalist has had a past brush with the law.

According to the investigative Web site thesmokinggun.com, Bo Bice was once arrested for felony cocaine possession.

The revelation of the arrest comes nearly a month after The Smoking Gun reported that finalist Scott Savol was once arrested for felony domestic violence after he allegedly roughed up his infant son's mother during a Valentine's Day incident in 2001. After Savol entered a plea bargain in the case, the charge was reduced to a misdemeanor.

Detailed in court documents on the Web site, Bice, whose real name is Harold, was arrested in June 2001 by Huntsville, Ala. The charges were dismissed in April of last year after he completed what was described as a diversion program for first-time offenders, the Web site reported.

Both Bice, 29, and Savol, 28, are among the five finalists on the show. Constantine Maroulis was voted off the show Wednesday night.

On the official "American Idol" Web site, Bice reports that his "most embarrassing moment" was when he once "fell off stage during a show."

watch it at the very beginning when they are doing auditions - that is when its good ... seriously ridiculous people with absolutely no talent, its a train wreck worth seeing imho :)

i think all of the 5 remaining ppl suck - well obviously they have some talent, but none of them are fucking star quality. rueben and clay have 10x the talent of any of these jerkoffs this year.

ps dont discredit "the ohio factor" for the dude getting votes. people in ohio are bored out of their minds. every other house has an "indians" or "browns" flag or post or something in the yard.
