How long is the waiting list to get a new Ferrari now? I understood it to be years long.

thats true, last convertible i had was about 10 years ago when i was in high school, camaro z28, i never went convertible since because i never liked the fact that the roof rattled a bit, would drive me crazy

not that it would be a problem on a ferrari though

bdld 04-27-2005 07:24 PM

convertible all the way.

quiet 04-28-2005 10:36 AM

where are you located ricks? what paper are you looking in?

karup 04-28-2005 10:40 AM

I hope you're on the waiting list for one of these. The waiting list at my dealership here in Michigan is already over 250 names long, which is probably average for all Ferrari dealerships in North America. I got on it 2.5 years ago and still got bumped to 15th on the list (after the VIPs and celebs got their special treatment). I'm hearing that aftermarket 430 Spiders are gonna be going for $125k over sticker for the first several months after they come out. Coupes won't be that much over, but they will still be a lot more than MSRP. When demand is so high, people can get that much over MSRP for these cars.

That sucks in the US with all these waiting lists. Here in Germany you can get any car immediately if you got the cash.

yys 04-28-2005 10:53 AM

The convertible will hold it's value better.

Go with convertible just for resale value. The difference is still big even between the 360 modena and spyder.

FireFoz 04-28-2005 11:43 AM

Not that i can afford one, but if i could i would get the convertible for sure. Its much easier when you go somewhere i guess

DWB 04-28-2005 11:45 AM

How about spending some of that money on penis enlargement pills. Then you wouldn't feel the need to have such a car. :1orglaugh

Just kidding... get the hard top, that fucker looks MEAN!!! :thumbsup

Just_Dave 04-28-2005 11:56 AM

Hardtop for sure
