4. 160x 600 tower ad to be displayed on all pages of ProFootballCentral.com 12.50 CPM with a $250 minimum buy. We can offer you any amount of impressions up to 100,000. That?s a 50% savings off of our in season rates. For rates over 100,000 impressions please contact me and we will work something out.
5. 120x60 branding button on all pages on the top right of website - $450 per quarter

Brian I'll keep your rates in mind and discuss with my partner maybe we can do something.

Another option for you maybe to setup your own dating site instead of just selling ads. I know you probablly don't want to go through all of the effort or the hassles, but listen: IwantU offers a fully customizable dating site with a 70% split for free, they handle all of the maintence and everything else. All you would have to do is customize the home page to make it appealing to your audience and maybe add some return links to your site. Its really easy and certainly more profitable then just reselling your ad space.
