Are they chicks with dicks, or are they all guys with breast implants and facial reconstruction, or a mixture of the both?

Most of the ones in the porn world were actually men who got breast implants, took hormones and most likely have collegen implants somewhere in their bodies. The only one I know in the porn world that did the opposite is BuckAngel (but doing a search in google brought me to one of his galleries where he was on the Maury show and there were a few others - I just don't know if they're in porn). The term however can be used for both - FTM & MTF.

In essence though, they are transexuals when they remain in between the two genders - they look like the other gender & live like one however they haven't had the genitals changed for whatever reason.
