Tempest 04-27-2005 06:41 PM

Babagirls 04-27-2005 06:43 PM

i surf on VOD sites alot lol :)

Jace 04-27-2005 06:43 PM

i need to start a new thread about this....

Monique Niccole 04-27-2005 06:45 PM

hush.com is targeted toward women, but I don't know that a huge amount of women surf there.

My theory is that most women surf at the same sites guys do...although they possibly surf more story sites like literotica.com

phogirl69 04-27-2005 06:46 PM

when I was new to the net I only knew of Google. As a woman, I REALLY HAAATE "porn sites geared for women." I don't need anything "geared" especially just for me, or anything "erotic or couples-oriented."

I signed up for plain reg sites just like BlacksonBlondes and Clubredlight. I don't need a site made "especially" for me, I like the porn that is out there just fine.

I also do not like looking at pics of just men, I just like to see the hardcore action.

I really don't know. Like i said i just joined regular paysites. If I were to purchase toys I think I would probably buy then from an on-line store such as Goodvibes, that looks reputable... that I would find through google... (back before I knew bout tgp's)

Before the net I have ordered stuff from an Adam & Eve catalogue. In the back of women's magazines like Cosmopolitan they always have ads for sex toys and catalogues to buy toys and videos. That would probably also work if you have the budget.

I personally do not like stories too much, but i know that lots of women do, so a site like Literotica would probably also be good.

bhutocracy 04-27-2005 06:56 PM

purve.com and the rest at purvebucks.com. One of the original and bigger "for women" sites.

we have the se's taken care of for the most part, so finding us there isn't the problem...but I want to get our name out to a wider audience...

guess I will spend tonight researching it :)

bhutocracy 04-27-2005 07:01 PM

Sorry jace, you're right...I think I messed up the name of the site....I thought it was Hush, but I must have it wrong. I'll do some reasearch and see if I can find the one that I'm thinking of.

I do agree with phogirl though. I don't feel the need to find a site that is especially made for women...at least not in the way that I've seen it done thus far. So far it seems like the female-focused porn is all soft and fuzzy-focus and not as explicit as regular porn. I love porn movies that show explicit sex (I want to see the penetrations), and rough sex, etc. All that soft-core video crap is a waste to me. And I don't just think that's because I'm in the industry...lol. I think most women just want to see real, explicit se with guys who don't look like Fabio but look like buff hotties that we would actualy fuck.

Jace 04-27-2005 07:14 PM

to break it down, i am looking to expand our www.ecstasyglass.com brand name on multiple sites with tons of advertising

i am also going the magazine route, we are taking out ads in a few publication

i don't know why you even have to ask. girls are just like boys in that matter, so where the boys at is where the girls are

Forkbeard 04-28-2005 09:32 AM

There are a *lot*of women readers at places like Fleshbot and Eros Blog. It's not that women don't want hard-core porn -- many like it -- but funny thing, they don't seem to enjoy the female-negativity that permeates so much porn marketing. I've got sites with tons of female traffic, and the only thing I do different is avoid heavy use of the sluts/bitches/hahahahas/whores marketing jargon that's so popular with the guido pornographer crowd.

(I think that porn-for-women-site mentioned up-thread is at sssh.com.)
