it aint crispy as the right one. I called ATI and then Dell , with dell we troubleshoted and he said i need a new one. No clue i hope thats the issue

If your dual screen setup is like mine, one of the monitors is digital and the other is analog. Unless you're actually running two cards, that's how it works. There's one digital and one analog plug in the back of the video card and that's all you've got to work with.
