Newsletters: HTML or Plain Text?
 

Ideally I would like to construct a brief html template for an automated newsletter with a logo graphic and maybe something else small in terms of images - but I'm not experienced with this and I'm wondering what the cons are of HTML newsletters..

I guess the 2 main questions are:

1. What % of people won't be able to view it? (text only)
2. Does using HTML email increase your chances of ending up in the spam folder?
