Google traffic and listing in one day
 

Its amazing you can enter a keyword on ablog for an "unknown" name and the next day you are listed under that "new" keyword
Can anyone explain if its just blogs or do other sites get re indexed that fast?

Pretty much any site that changes the "content" on their page each day get indexed very quickly.

They'll list you for a week then put you in the sandbox for 6 months :)

Google used to index like once a month, but I think it updates much more these days. You could also been lucky that the re-index was right after you put your page online.
The pagerank takes a bit longer to gain, I noticed.

Yep that is the way that it seems to work.

That's why it's good to stock up on domains, put something on it and once you start to really develop them a year later you don't have that issue :)

google is on a roll all the time, when u search you see the "fresh" sites are up on first spots

i've come to think it hasn't... my site is like a month and a half, 2 months old... and its already PR5
