At the moment I'm learning Silent Lucidity by Queensryche, which is really simple, just...finger numbing. Hell, I've never played before, so I'm pretty happy with my progress. :)

Wait till the skin starts peeling off before the callousus (sp) form. NowTHAT hurts. lol Good luck with it. I never had the patience to learn to do more than pick. Plus its hard sometimes finding left handed guitars on a budget
