fabulous.com is an option as well.

I've had better results with Fabulous and DomainHop for ADULT domains then I have had with Sedo/DomainSponsor. That being said, they almost always do better for me developed/pointed to a sponsor (topbucks, sexsearch, Adultfriendfinder, etc).

If you can identify the source of the traffic, then you'll know the best way to use it.
