No more room in the freezer or I would. Damn I need a new chest freezer, using the side by side sucks.

BoNgHiTtA 04-26-2005 06:33 PM

Yeah, and look at the OZ next to the portions. Each portion is about 1/2 a regular serving.

Divide it all in 1/2 and thats what you get

nofx 04-26-2005 06:33 PM

fuckin' sweet

Rorschach 04-26-2005 06:40 PM

20 ounces of Filet Mignons (not bad considering the price per pound, ok size, do not really care as much for it as other cuts)
20 ounces of Top Sirloins (small individual sizes here, to bad)
16 ounces of Boneless Pork Chops (very small for a pork chop unless you like dry)
9 ounces of Stuffed Sole with Scallops and Crab (lil skimpy, yet sole is pretty light)
8 Gourmet Franks (ounces doesnt matter much there hotdogs)
40 onces of Omaha Steaks Burgers. (4 ounce patty is good here. Cooks quick without getting tough or buldging)

Serving sizes seem about right unless you do not understand what a serving size is supposed to be. I would not say it is worth 212.00 though, maybe 80.00 max at a better butcher shop.

beemk 04-26-2005 06:44 PM

how much is shipping?

Honestly they do not compare to a good butcher that also ages their beef. You also always loose some quality when it is frozen and then thawed.

Sosa 04-26-2005 07:08 PM

Omaha steaks fucking rock. Just their burgers taste that much better than store bought ones. I'm not a filet mignon fan though. More into Strips and Tbones

swoop 04-26-2005 07:09 PM

thats a load of good food

BigMoneyTexa$ 04-26-2005 07:14 PM

This is a deal of a lifetime!

slapass 04-26-2005 07:31 PM

Not sure about how it is where you are but you cannot pay more for meat then when you buy from these guys.

budz 04-26-2005 08:55 PM

omaha burgers are the fucking bomb!
i think i still have a couple steaks from them in the freezer

tical 04-26-2005 08:59 PM

omaha is so good, sometimes the local stores have buy one get one free day... fuckers wait in line before it opens like its a star wars movie

i'd order this but im not into filets very much, if you find a deal on strips let us know!

LoriAnderson 04-26-2005 08:59 PM

QualityMpegs 04-26-2005 09:06 PM

QualityMpegs 04-26-2005 09:08 PM

psyko514 04-26-2005 09:12 PM

do they ship to canada?

~Ray 04-26-2005 09:13 PM

I have recently been sold on Bubba Burgers that you find in the frozen food section. Cooked over Kingsford Charcoal on my Weber grill. It's the only thing I ever grill anymore. It's weird how good they are from being frozen patties.

Mild Cheddar, Mustard, pickles, onions, tomatoes and leaf lettuce on a grilled sesame bun.

Try them for lunch tomorrow.

$9 at Albertson's and other supermarkets

~Ray

P.S. I was a chef in the Navy, so trust me.

BVF 04-26-2005 09:15 PM

Omaha steaks melt in your mouth. Kind of small but I still love the meat. Their burgers are hard to keep together on the grill though. They seem to easily fall apart.

tony286 04-26-2005 09:20 PM

I had a very bad experience with omaha steaks. wouldnt try them again.

I have gotten this same deal last year, trust me these are very small portions. And only trailer trash enjoy frozen then dethawed food.

Sorry, I will pass, I enjoy my local boucher' selection much more than small frozen meat and premade scallop potatoes LOL... How bourgeois

Item 7819BBB is unavailable for export to Canada, please remove the item or change it's destination.

keyboard warrior 05-09-2005 05:50 PM

had them a few times, the cuts are fucking small you have to eat 2-3 to make one.

chips26 05-09-2005 06:00 PM

I get those deals all week long. I guess they like me. They have good steaks but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend the chicken and certainly not the pork. But, last time I ordered a seasoned boneless leg of lamb that was excellent. And, the chick-n-bacon-cheddar appetizer is really good.I don't recommend the fish (espicially the stuffed sole, god is that bland and full of bread instead of seafood).

myjah 05-09-2005 06:12 PM

You're just a doll to share that with everyone. You know me, I love a good deal!!

Furious_Female 05-09-2005 06:19 PM

oooooh that's awesome... I keep forgetting about Pmaha steals *makes note*

:thumbsup
