set up an epassporte gift account with some money in it yesterday, authorization email never turned up and now the money is in limbo and epassporte isn't answering my emails...

trying to get an unmanaged box set up at servermatrix and they're giving me the fuck around too...

why is it so difficult to get simple things done on the internet sometimes? i feel like screaming. :mad:
