Best software for running a link directory? (w/SQL)

I know Links SQL is probablly in the top if not the best, but it does lack some features that adult webmasters would need (at least when I looked at it last year).

Are there any other packages out there that are better suited twords adult?

$89 for a SQL link directory seems pretty cheap, or Links SQL is just insanely over priced.

Funny you mentioned this - one thing going for Links SQL is a horde of programmers hanging out on their forums that will do custom coding and add-ons for the Links SQL plug-in system.
