What time do Epassporte cards reset their daily withdrawal limit?

You know how offshore cards usually reset their daily limit some time other than your own timezone's 12am? Just wondering if anyone figured out what the case is for epassporte? what time does it reset the withdrawal limit for you?

SmokeyTheBear 04-26-2005 09:09 AM

24 hours

Epass has been a funny thing for us, some days we get a limit to like $280 and other days no limit at all.
from what we can gather it depends on the bank you are withdrawing it from also and we used to use citibank which used to hit us with limit, we have done the 11pm and then 12am transactions which worked.

Recently they have not given us a limit issue, maybe we are not drawing enought funds out per day :1orglaugh

I already answered the question , the guy is too retarted to understand what 24 hours is...

he seems to know how many hours in a day , but lacks the brains to realise how that affects him and his epassporte account that has a limit per24 hours

The limit is not 24 hours but once a day.

Its not , the question has been asked before and answered by epassporte

d00t 04-26-2005 10:05 AM

its per 24 hour period.

If you take out $max at 8am, you cannot take another cent until 8am the following day... if you did it at 11pm, then its 11pm the following day.... with me?

I was told by Shaliza at epassorte there is no daily limit, what type of accounts are we talking here cos they have business accounts which might work differantly to non-business accounts.

Your withdrawal limit resets each day between 3:00 and 4:00 PM Pacific time.

umm this must be new , this question has been pondered and answered on gfy already.

Obviously you know more than i , but .... :) it was at 24 hours at one point because i tried day after day when i first signed up and was told BY PHONE that it resets every 24 hours after you last took out cash

I just got this from Rand:

"Withdrawal limits reset between 3-4 PM Pacific time. Other parameters like loads and transfers look at the last 24 hours of activity."

So maybe support got the things mixed up.

I did pull more than that on it just yesterday, I'll check with them again real quick as i hope it's not $400 now or that would make running to the atm's a task, I might have to outsource it!

SmokeyTheBear 04-26-2005 10:14 AM

Infact last week i took out cash at 10 then came back and had to wait till 11 to get more cash out. If it resets at 3 , why could i not get any cash out at 10?

No you can raise your limit to any amount..

I had mine raised without asking ( im guessing because of volume ) but some other have lower ones and did the same thing.

If you have a biz account it prob is limitless

Not sure I could tell you the exact reason for that. And although the withdrawal parameters reset each day between 3-4 Pacific time, there are other factors which may contribute to that time being different on a particular day. But that doesn't happen very often.
