Success with Ibill lawsuits?

Last February someone was successful in suing Ibill. The story is here: http://www.avn.com/avn/subscribe?Pri...tent_ID=216218

Has anyone else had success via lawsuit in getting your money from Ibill? It would be interesting to hear how those who filed suit are progressing through the court system. Any good attorneys who are familiar with Ibill to recommend?

Jon,

I looked around a bit and emailed a few people to ask how their suits are coming along. From what I've been able to discover through on line searches several people have hired collection agencies instead of attorneys. Should I find anything out, I will post here. I had written the money off as long gone but it appears that at least some people might be getting somewhere.

Thanks, either post here or get in touch with me at [email protected]. Maybe we can work together on this one and get some cash.

Hiring a collection agency is wasting your time, they will give a fuck about the collection letters and it will end in court and you paying more.

I sued Ibill last week, ill keep you in touch when I have any updates.

We need some attorneys names that are familiar with the Ibill saga.

There was a list of active cases with attorney's names posted here several weeks ago. I went through the old posts here but didn't come accross it. Here is one name I found on the net associated with an active lawsuit against Ibill: John Bolanovich of the Orlando firm Bogin, Munns & Munns. If anyone recalls the older post here and is better at searches than I am, hopefully they'll post a link to it.
