Domain Question
What happens when a domain contains two keywords that are both "TradeMark", or "Service" marked and the both keywords are from 2 different companies to form 1 domain name?

I used to own HOTBOTSEX.COM for example.
Thats the only domain I have given up to date to Wired. I own domains right now that would make LENSMAN CHOKE and spit out his coffee. |

Regarding HOTBOTSEX.COM
I got both Papers from Cohen and papers from Wired's attornies. After Cohen Calmed down about the domain having the keyword Sex in the term, Wired ultimatly continued to pursue it's acquisition which I handed over. |
It is amazing how this has gottne out of hand in some ways.

Some people thought of dirty terms to call domain buyers. Such as "Domain Squatters". IMHO if a company aint got the fucken braines to think they ought not be on the net. I read an artical on forbes the other day... A press release. It was insane to make such an announcement without any planning whats so ever. I snagged domains all fucken day on it's release. |
