resources for site templates?

Can anybody list some urls that have templates for free sites and AVS sites?

I'm looking for some resources where I can take an already made template and improve upon it for my free sites - rather than just starting from scratch and wasting time.

Can anybody help me out here?

Honestly man the best way to do it is to go out & get a book on dreamweaver.
